Elektra SnowTec Tuff Heating Mat, with high thermal and mechanical resistance, can be installed in harsh environments using heavy construction vehicles. Elektra SnowTec Tuff Heating Mat can resist heavy weight and up to 240°C temperature, that is why is commonly used to heat stone and asphalt covered areas like driveways, ramps, walkways and porches.

SnowTec Tuff heating mat consists of ELEKTRA TuffTec heating cables, ٍand is 0,6m wide and from 1,5 to 27m long. The length of “cold” power supply cable is 4m.

Installation of ELEKTRA SnowTec Tuff Electric Heating Mat

For wide asphalt flooring areas and parking lots ELEKTRA SnowTec TUFF heating mat can be installed to fill the whole area. On the other hand, when SnowTec TUFF is installed under a driveway or a ramp for cars, the mat can be installed in two separate parallel lines where cars' wheels pass.
